Websites

Your property will be listed on all of the following websites*, listed until sold or leased.

* Your property will only appear on rent.com.au if it is for rent.
* Allhomes.com.au is free for all parts of Australia with the exception of ACT and some parts of NSW. For properties in ACT and certain parts of NSW we can provide you with a quote if you’re interested in listing on allhomes.com.au as well.

By default, your property will be listed on all sites below. You are able to exclude any website you do not wish to be listed on.

Managing Websites

You don’t need to create or edit your property listing on each site individually. All you need to do is create your listing inside your For Sale By Agent account. We then publish this to all websites simultaneously. Anytime you edit your listing, we send the updates to all sites and your listing will be updated everywhere.

Enquiries

As with creating and managing your listing, you don’t need to log in or create an account on the various websites. All enquiries come to us and are automatically processed by our systems. You will receive an email and SMS alert for each enquiry with the contact details of the person who has made the enquiry. This is done in real-time. On this page, you’ll find some further information about the various ways people can make enquiries.

realestate.com.au

homesales.com.au

realty.com.au

This website aspires to change how agents, buyers & sellers navigate the process of finding and selling a home.

rent.com.au

This is a popular website for rental properties. It produces a good number of enquiries from prospective tenants.

3 ways users can make enquiries:

Online Forms

Each website on which your property appears will have an enquiry form. When a user completes the form to get in touch, they will receive an email back with your contact details. You will also receive an email with their details, together with an SMS alert for each enquiry.

Phone Codes

If users either call or SMS the number of your listing, they will be prompted to enter a property code ID. This will be displayed in the first line of your advertisement. The user will then be told and will automatically be sent an SMS with your contact details.

1Form

For rental properties, prospective tenants can make enquiries using 1form. This allows them to lodge full rental applications together with supporting documents. In addition to this, we also offer National Tenancy Database checks to screen tenants.
