How To Join For Sale By Agent
Signing up with For Sale By Agent is simple and fast. Below is a quick overview of the 4 steps to selling or renting out a property with us. In most cases, you can be listed and live within 2 hours.
1Create Your Account
If you do not yet have an account with us, please sign up for either a sale or rental package from our home page. You will have the choice of either paying online with a Credit Card and via bank using EFT. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to buy new listings from within your account.
2Create Your Listing
In your dashboard click on ‘Properties’ and then on ’Create a Listing’. This will take you through a few required steps. If you need a Photo Board installed for your property, brochures to be printed, or professional photos to be taken, you can order these from within your dashboard.
3Manage The Campaign
Once your listing has been made live, you’ll receive enquiries directly to your inbox (with SMS alerts). During the marketing campaign you are able to advertise ‘Open For Inspection’ times and will need to meet with buyers or tenants. You can make changes to your online listing whenever you like.
4Change Status
Once you’ve sold or found a tenant for the property, it’s time to to change the status of your listing to ’Sold’ or ‘Leased’. If the property has been sold, this will then move it to the sold section of all the websites on which it appears. If it has been leased, it will be removed from the ‘For Rent’ section of all sites.
